The challenge
Miracle Leaf had proven its medical marijuana certification model with 8 clinics in Florida, but growing further meant solving a problem most advertisers can't: Google, Meta, and other platforms heavily restrict or block cannabis-related ads, even for licensed medical clinics. Every new patient still had to find a clinic, trust it was legitimate, and book an evaluation, entirely online.
Our approach
We treated the advertising restrictions as the design brief. Local SEO, Google Ads written to stay compliant, and Local Services Ads captured demand in ways the platforms actually allow, while Google Business Profile and review management built the trust patients need before booking with a medical clinic. Business automation captured and routed every lead so inquiries got a fast response as the network scaled from 8 locations to 50.
The result
Over five years, Miracle Leaf grew from eight clinics in Florida to fifty locations across Florida, Georgia, and Texas, with telehealth reaching patients in 22 states. Foot traffic increased 47% on average across every location, and booked calls for service grew 30%. The partnership is still active today, five years and counting.
